Anyway, here it is in all it's glory.
I am not overly enamoured with the double bobbles which make up the last section and wish that I had gone with my first instinct which was to reapeat the bobbles from the first section which are so striking. However, I am not going to worry about it and am very pleased overall with my finished shawl.
The last week of the instructions were how to line the shawl, but I have decided not to go for that as I feel that it is going to be very warm as it is. And I was careful about keeping my work neat on the back!

ReplyDeleteStunning work from beginning to end, a gorgeous shawl to be treasured. I agree about the lining not being needed, it would also slip about a lot and you can always add it later if you change your mind.
